Dr. Chandan Jadhav is one of only a few surgeons in Australia to hold dual surgical Fellowships — Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (FRACS) and Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon (India). He has been in practice since 2010, with broad expertise in Skin Cancer Surgery, Head & Neck and Breast Reconstructions, Hand Surgery, and Aesthetic Surgery of Face, Breast & Body.
He is a member of the Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS), Australian Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ASAPS), International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (ISAPS), and Faculty at the Canadian Board of Aesthetic Medicine (CBAM). At your first appointment, Dr. Chandan will review your medical history, examine and discuss your treatment options. If surgery is being considered, the risks, limitations, and expected recovery will be explained in detail as part of a full informed consent process.
All surgical procedures carry inherent risks, which may include infection, bleeding, scarring, wound breakdown, or procedure-specific complications. Dr. Chandan will thoroughly explain these so you have a comprehensive understanding before proceeding.
Once a procedure is confirmed, you will be provided with detailed pre-operative instructions. Dr. Chandan's team will coordinate with surgical scheduling at one of the accredited hospitals he operates in.
You will be admitted to the hospital and seen by a dedicated surgical and anaesthetic team. Dr. Chandan will meet with you beforehand and will personally perform your procedure. All procedures are performed under accredited conditions to ensure the highest standards of care.
You will be monitored closely, and clear instructions will be provided regarding wound care, medication, activity modification, and follow-up. Dr. Chandan's team will remain in contact during your recovery to ensure healing is progressing as expected.
